- Account Data: A unique internal user ID (UID) associated with your account.
- Subscription Status: Information related to your subscription plan (active, canceled, expiration date).
We do not collect sensitive financial data such as credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information

3. AI Analysis & Uploaded Content
When you upload a chart image for analysis:
- The image is temporarily processed by our AI service to generate analytical output
- The content is not stored permanently on our servers
- Results are returned to your device for your personal use
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers to operate the service:
- Google OAuth – User authentication
- Firebase – User account management and database storage
- Paddle – Payment processing and subscription management (Merchant of Record)
Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policies and industry standards.
5. Payments & Billing
All payments are handled by Paddle.com.
Pro Trade AI does not store or process payment card information.
6. Data Storage & Security
- User account data is securely stored using Firebase infrastructure
- We apply reasonable security measures to protect your data
- No system is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices
7. Data Retention
We retain account information only for as long as your account remains active or as required by law.
You may request deletion of your account at any time.
