Pro Trade AI is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides analytical tools designed to help users study and interpret market charts.
The Service is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. Users remain fully responsible for how they interpret and use the information.

Pro Trade AI offers paid subscription plans that unlock additional software features. All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record.
Pro Trade AI does not store or process payment card information.
All purchases and subscriptions for Pro Trade AI are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record.
Refunds are governed exclusively by Paddle’s Invoiced Consumer Terms .
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other applicable jurisdictions, you may be entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days, unless waived at the time of purchase where permitted by law.
All refund requests, billing inquiries, cancellations, and payment-related matters must be submitted directly through Paddle or via Paddle’s customer support systems.
Pro Trade AI does not process payments directly and does not independently issue refunds.
We respect your privacy. Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse personal information.
All content, software, branding, and design elements are the intellectual property of Pro Trade AI. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Trade AI shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, including financial losses, resulting from use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time via Paddle.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
